Now offering hormone pellets

I am now offering hormone pellets which are a good alternative for people who don’t love doing shots or creams to get their hormone replacement. Pellets are placed under the skin in a minor surgical procedure and get replaced every 3-4 months as needed.

Our office moved to 2326 NW Lovejoy St.

We opened in our new location at 2326 NW Lovejoy St on September 19th.  We have a parking lot, it’s right on bus line 15 and our new clinic looks great!

Voted Best ND

I was voted Best ND by Willamette Week in 2015! Thanks to everyone who voted. My patients are the best and I love working with you all.

CareOregon

I am now a CareOregon provider for my transgender patients! Unfortunately, Family Care does not allow ND’s to participate. Of course, I am also covered under many private insurers and we do the billing for you. Be sure to check to see that your policy includes Naturopathic coverage and if there are any limits on what ND’s can…

Wear a hat when outside then take it off along with your shoes when you come inside. Use a nasal irrigation…

Sleep problems

At least half of my patients tell me that they have difficulty with sleep.  We are so “on” all day and evening that it is hard to find the “off” switch at night. Sleep hygeine is about creating an environment that is conducive to good quality sleep.  A dark, very dark room is important to…
