I have found some good resources for various diets that are healthful. I think the best diet for optimal health of individuals and the planet would be a plant based diet (vegan) or the Mediterranean diet.

There is new information on longevity and lower cancer risk with intermittent fasting. An easy way to do this is to have 13 hrs overnight between dinner and breakfast. Eat dinner at 6 pm then don’t eat until breakfast at 7 am the next morning. Eat regular meals in the day so that night time snacks aren’t so appealing.
